Park was founded in 1986 by Mr. Earl Gardiner who remains the President
and principal shareholder. Mr. Gardiner started his career in recruiting
in 1980 and has become highly knowledgeable in the recruitment of technical

with management at all levels. It is this experience that has allowed
Mr. Gardiner to handpick a team of talented Account Managers and Recruiters

OUR GUARANTEE
Austin Park places candidates for a competitive fee. Permanent placements
are billed at a percentage of the candidate's starting annual salary.
Backing every placement is our guarantee of performance: should the
candidate not meet your expectations within the first 3 months of their
employment we will replace them at no charge or apply a transferable
credit to your account.
